Pomyslnou v\u011bkovou hranic\u00ed, kdy m\u00e1 smysl se zapojit do na\u0161ich tr\u00e9nink\u016f, je 5 let v\u011bku d\u00edt\u011bte. Nejefektivn\u011bji se ov\u0161em d\u011bti zapojuj\u00ed o rok pozd\u011bji, kdy nastupuj\u00ed \u0161koln\u00ed doch\u00e1zku. Velkou v\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee se na\u0161i tren\u00e9\u0159i pr\u00e1v\u011b zapojuj\u00ed i jako pedagogi\u010dt\u00ed pracovn\u00edci do \u0161koln\u00ed v\u00fduky na I. a II. stupni (Z\u0160 Ladova). D\u011bti se tak se sv\u00fdm tren\u00e9rem mohou setkat p\u0159i v\u00fduce TV, sportovn\u00edm krou\u017eku (horolezeck\u00e1 st\u011bna) nebo kurzech. V\u00fdhodou je jist\u011b i prov\u00e1zanost se \u0161koln\u00ed dru\u017einou. Tren\u00e9r si d\u011bti z dru\u017einy vyzvedne a rodi\u010de si je vyzved\u00e1vaj\u00ed a\u017e po odpoledn\u00edm tr\u00e9ninku.
